    Yes! For an agency that makes a point they pay well, they certainly don’t.

    I second this. When I phoned up I was told they pay max £60 per source word. They insist on you having 5 years experience and that you go through a time-consuming application process, yet pay absolute peanuts. And they have the nerve to bang on about their good working conditions!
